I believe the Kitchener Rangers are on the edge of signing Mr Morin.

Headed the CHL route.

Good luck with the Blog. Any insights as to where these guys are leaning?

For Morin, I hear BC, Harvard, or OHL.

It's Danny Biega, not Derek Biega.

Best of luck!!

Great Blog -- I scout here in New England and I would add Lee Moffie ('90 DOB) defenseman who plays for Avon Old Farms as another top recruit still uncommitted but I think UNH might have the inside track.

Is Biega's brother at Harvard?

I thought I saw that name in the Harvard vs. Quinnipiac gane on NESN.

Schmidt has committed to the University of MN. You should move Crandell up based on the USHL All-Star rosters and current performance.

Both of Biega's older brothers are at Harvard.

Vinmonty, in your 2007 NE Prep Preview, you incorrectly stated that Moffie was ranked by CSS. However, as a scout for McKeen's, I'll at him to the consideration list based on your recommendation.

You are right. I coudl not change it before the article was posted. I am very surprised CS did not rank Lee Moffie in the preliminary and the Mid-Term, but they ranked Danny New. Definitely do not understand that.
But that was not the only issue I had with the Central Scouting List.

first.. I think this website is great.
Second.. Lee Moffie is a D and Anthony Hamburg is a F..

Does anyone know what teams are interested in David Valek and Anthony Hamburg? I remember watching the two play together at 15's in st.cloud. Are there interest in these kids playing in the CHL?
thanks.

I think Pallis may have committed to Princeton.

I'm pretty certain Hamburg is looking at CC (where his brother is going), Harvard, and Seattle (WHL)

As someone mentioned, Pallis committed to Princeton.
